Who we are
Hoo Digital is a web design and digital marketing business based in Ipswich, Suffolk. For any privacy question, email hello@hoodigital.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website and message. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and messages through WhatsApp.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, or for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Our website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. It may remember in your browser that you've dismissed the chat pop-up. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent where required.
